If you are a resident of Wyoming and a first-generation American, you may be eligible for the Wyoming Douvas Memorial Scholarship. The Wyoming Douvas Memorial Scholarship can be used at any Wyoming public institution of higher education for study in freshman year. To be eligible for the Wyoming Douvas Memorial Scholarship, you must be between the ages of 18 and 22 years old.
