If you are a Wisconsin resident who is African-American, Native-American, Hispanic, or a former citizen of Laos, Vietnam or Cambodia, you may be eligible for the Wisconsin Minority Undergraduate Retention Grant. You must be enrolled at least half-time in either Wisconsin Technical College System schools, non-profit independent colleges and universities, or tribal colleges.
