West Virginia Robert C. Byrd Scholarship

If you are a resident of West Virginia who has demonstrated outstanding academic achievement, you may be eligible for the West Virginia Robert C. Byrd Scholarship.  To be eligible for the West Virginia Robert C. Byrd Scholarship, you must be a graduating high school senior, and you must be planning on attending college full time.  For more information on the West Virginia Robert C.
