If you are a resident of West Virginia, you may be eligible for the West Virginia Higher Education Grant Program. The West Virginia Higher Education Grant Program is available to high school students who are planning to enroll or expecting to enroll full-time at a four-year institution or university. In order to be eligible for the West Virginia Higher Education Grant Program, you must study in either Pennsylvania or West Virginia and you must be able to demonstrate financial need.
