If you are a resident of Virginia and you are attending a participating Virginia tw0-year or four-year university, you may be eligible for the Virginia College Scholarship Assistance Program. The Virginia College Scholarship Assistance Program is a need-based scholarship program. The Virginia College Scholarship Assistance Program does have its own application.
