If you are a resident of Vermont and you are enrolled in a non-degree course that will encourage further study or improve employability you may be eligible for the Vermont Non-degree Grant. The Vermont Non-degree Grant is based on financial need and the cost of the course that the applicant is enrolled in. Classes can be taken at a college or another educational institution.
