If you are a Texas student who is pursuing an undergraduate degree in engineering at a participating public or private four-year institution of higher learning in Texas, you may be eligible for the Texas Engineering Scholarship Program. In order to qualify for the Texas Engineering Scholarship program you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be enrolled as a sophomore in an undergraduate engineering degree program at a Texas public or private university
- You must have registered for the Selective Service
- You must have graduated in the top 20% of your graduating class
- You must have graduated from high school with a GPA of at least 3.5
- You must maintain an overall GPA of at least 3.5 at the institution where you are enrolled
