If you are a resident student of Iowa and you are attending or planning on attending an independent postsecondary institution in Iowa, you may be eligible for the Iowa Tuition Grant Program. The Iowa Tuition Grant program is available for students who are planning to enroll for at least 3 semester hours at one of the eligible Iowa postsecondary institutions. The Iowa Tuition Grant Program grants may not exceed the difference between independent college and university tuition fees at the three public Regent universities. Georgia Tuition Equalization Grant (GTEG)

If you are a resident of Georgia pursuing undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year Georgia private institution you may be eligible for the Georgia Tuition Equalization Grant (GTEG). The Georgia Tuition Equalization Grant is available to residents of Georgia who are studying in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina or Tennessee. Applicants of the Georgia Tuition Equalization Grant (GTEG) must be expecting to enroll or enrolled at a two-year or four-year institution or university. Texas Tuition Equalization Grant (TEG) Program

If you are a resident of Texas, you may be eligible for the Texas Tuition Equalization Grant (TEG) Program. The Texas Tuition Equalization Grant (TEG) Program is a renewable award for Texas residents who are enrolled full-time at an independent college or university within the state. The TEG Grant is based on financial need, and the renewal rewards require that the student maintain an overall college GPA of at least 2.5. Applicants must be enrolled part- or full-time at a two-year or four-year institution or university. Michigan Children of Veterans Tuition Grant Program

If you are a resident of Michigan and you are the natural or adopted child of a Michigan veteran, you may be eligible for the Michigan Children of Veterans Tuition Grant Program. In order to be eligible for the Michigan Children of Veterans Tuition Grant Program, the parent veteran must have been a legal resident of Michigan immediately before entering military service and did not later reside outside of Michigan for more than two years. A student may be eligible for the Michigan Children of Veterans Tuition Grant Program if the parent veteran established legal residency in Michigan after entering military service. The parent must meet one or more of the following requirements:

General military experience
Retired from active duty
Disabled or killed as a result of military service
Prisoner of war
Missing in action

South Carolina Lottery Tuition Assistance Program

The South Carolina Lottery Tuition assistance program is available to South Carolina residents who complete an FAFSA form. The South Carolina Lottery Tuition Assistance program has the following eligibility criteria:

Must complete the free FAFSA form
Must be a degree-seeking student taking at least six credit hours
Must be a South Carolina resident
Must not be a recipient of the Palmetto Fellows scholarship, LIFE Scholarship or SC HOPE Scholarship
Must not receive South Carolina Lottery tuition assistance for more than one degree or certificate

Oklahoma Tuition Equalization Grant (OTEG) Program

If you are a Michigan resident with financial aid who is looking to go to college in Michigan, you may be eligible for the Michigan Tuition Grant. You must demonstrate financial need, and you must be enrolled at least half-time at an approved independent, degree-granting, Michigan post-secondary institution. DC Tuition Assistance Grant Program

Are you a student in Washington, D.C.? If so, you may be eligible for the DC Tuition Assistance Grant Program. The DC Tuition Assistance Grant Program (DCTAG) provides grants of up to $10,000 for the difference between in-state and out-of-state tuition at public colleges and universities throughout the United States. The DCTAG grant also provides up to $2,500 per academic year toward tuition at private colleges in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, private Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU’s) nationwide, and two-year colleges nationwide. One thing to note: DCTAG is neither need nor merit-based.
