			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are a California resident who is enrolled in an undergraduate program of not less than one academic year at a qualifying post-secondary institution, you may be eligible for the California Entitlement Cal Grant B Program.  The Entitlement Cal Grant B Program requires that the student show financial need and that the student meet a minimum 2.0 GPA requirement.  Applicants of the Entitlement Cal Grant B Program must be age 23 or under and must be enrolled or expecting enrollment full-time or part-time at a qualifying technical institution or university in California.  For more information on the California Entitlement Cal Grant B and other grants and scholarships in California, please visit the <a title="California Student Aid Commission" href="http://www.csac.ca.gov" target="_blank">California Student Aid Commission web site</a>.</p>
