If you are a California resident and you are enrolled in a short-term vocational training program, you may be eligible for the California Cal Grant C. In order to be eligible for the California Cal Grant C. your program must lead to a recognized degree or certificate. Your course length must be longer than 4 months and no longer than 24 months. The California Cal Grant C. requires that the student must be attending an approved California institution and the student must show financial need. If you are a resident of Oregon, you may be eligible for the Robert C. Byrd Honors Program Scholarship. The Robert C. Byrd Honors Program Scholarship is a federally funded program that provides awards to academically superior high school seniors. In order to be eligible for the Robert C. Byrd Honors Program Scholarship, students must have at least a 3.8 GPA and an ACT of 29+ or an SAT of 1300+. The Ohio Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship Program offers financial assistance to Ohio students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement in high school. Recipients are selected based on class rank, grade point average, SAT and ACT scores and other curricular and extra-curricular activities. Each selected recipient may receive up to $1,500 per year for up to four years of undergraduate study. Students can be nominated for the Robert C.
