			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Are you a Native American looking to go to college?  If so, there are many opportunities for Native Americans to receive grants and scholarships.  The American Indian College Fund offers many exceptional opportunities for Native Americans to receive scholarships.</p>
<p>The American Indian College Fund offers over 5,000 scholarships.  These scholarships can be categorized into the following areas:</p>
<ul>
<li>Tribal College General Scholarship Programs &#8211; Eligibility for these scholarships are determined by the tribal colleges and universities.</li>
<li>Special Scholarship Programs &#8211; Special Scholarship Programs are available for American Indian students that attend both tribal colleges and mainstream colleges.  These scholarships are available for students pursuing undergradate, graduate and professional degrees.  Please be aware that the deadline for Special Scholarships is always May 31st.</li>
<li>Other Scholarship Opportunities &#8211; In addition to scholarships, there are many other resources that are available to Native Americans.  For a good list of these opportunities, please click <a href="http://www.collegefund.org/scholarships/resources.html" target="_blank">here</a>.</li>
