If you are a resident of South Dakota and you are a junior in college, you may be eligible for the South Dakota Marlin R. Scarborough Memorial Scholarship. The South Dakota Marlin R. Scarborough Memorial Scholarship is given to a South Dakota junior in college at a South Dakota public university. Each South Dakota public university nominates a candidate for the Marlin R.
