South Carolina Lottery Tuition Assistance Program

The South Carolina Lottery Tuition assistance program is available to South Carolina residents who complete an FAFSA form.  The South Carolina Lottery Tuition Assistance program has the following eligibility criteria:

  • Must complete the free FAFSA form
  • Must be a degree-seeking student taking at least six credit hours
  • Must be a South Carolina resident
  • Must not be a recipient of the Palmetto Fellows scholarship, LIFE Scholarship or SC HOPE Scholarship
  • Must not receive South Carolina Lottery tuition assistance for more than one degree or certificate
