If you are a South Carolina resident, you may be eligible for the South Carolina HOPE Scholarship. The South Carolina HOPE Scholarship is a one-year merit-based scholarship created for entering freshmen attending eligible four year institutions in South Carolina. The South Carolina HOPE Scholarship requires the following eligibility criteria:
- Earn a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Be a South Carolina resident at the time of high school graduation and college enrollment
- You must not be a recipient of the Palmetto Fellows Scholarship, the LIFE Scholarship or Lottery Tuition Assistance Scholarship
