The Idaho Minority and “At Risk” Student Scholarship is available to graduates of Idaho high schools, and is only valid if the student attends one of eight post-secondary institutions in the state of Idaho. If you are a resident of Indiana and you are a child of a disabled veteran or Purple Heart recipient you may be eligible for the Indiana Child of Disabled Veteran Grant or Purple Heart Recipient Grant. You must submit form DD214 or service record to be eligible. The Indiana Child of Disabled Veteran Grant or Purple Heart Recipient Grant requires that you be a resident of Indiana and also study in Indiana. The applicant or parent must meet one or more of the following requirements:

The American Council of the Blind scholarship is a merit-based scholarship award available to undergraduate students who are legally blind in both eyes. To be eligible for the American Council of the Blind Scholarship, an applicant must submit a certificate of legal blindness and proof of acceptance at an accredited post-secondary institution.
