Oregon Robert C. Byrd Honors Program Scholarship

If you are a resident of Oregon, you may be eligible for the Robert C. Byrd Honors Program Scholarship. The Robert C. Byrd Honors Program Scholarship is a federally funded program that provides awards to academically superior high school seniors. In order to be eligible for the Robert C. Byrd Honors Program Scholarship, students must have at least a 3.8 GPA and an ACT of 29+ or an SAT of 1300+. The Oregon Student Assistance Commission receives funds from the federal government to distribute to students in Oregon. For more information on the Oregon Robert C.
