The Oregon Opportunity Grant is Oregon’s largest grant program. The Oregon Opportunity Grant (OOG) was established by the Oregon legislature to assist low-income students in obtaining a post-secondary education. Oregon students can apply for the Oregon Opportunity Grant by filling out an FAFSA. To be eligible for the Oregon Opportunity Grant, a student must be an Oregon resident, attend school at least half-time and be financially needy.
