If you are a resident of Oregon and you are studying to be a barber or a hairdresser, you may be eligible for the Oregon Barber & Hairdresser Grant. To be eligible, you must attend a licensed school of barbering, hair design, cosmetology or manicure in Oregon and you must demonstrate financial need. In order to apply, you must first fill out the FAFSA.
