The New Jersey College Bound Grant Program helps at-risk youth prepare for and complete a post-secondary education in New Jersey. The New Jersey College Bound Grant Program focuses on youth in grades 6-12 in Abbott School Districts. Statewide, the program assists over 2,000 students. The programs are housed at the following 12 colleges and universities:
- Burlington County College
- Camden County College
- Cumberland County College
- Kean University
- Mercer County Community College
- New Jersey City University
- New Jersey Institute of Technology
- Passaic County Community College
- Rowan University
- Essex County College
- Hudson County College
- Union County College
