The New Hampshire Incentive program provides assistance to New Hampshire students attending eligible institutions in New England (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont). In order to qualify for the New Hampshire Incentive Program, you must be a New Hampshire resident and demonstrate financial need. You must attend an eligible New England institution, and if an upper-class applicant, you must have a grade point average of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 basis and meet satisfactory academic progress as determined by the institution.
