If you are a resident of Mississippi and you have a 3.5 GPA and have scored at least a 29 on the ACT, you may be eligible for the Mississippi Eminent Scholars Grant. In order to be eligible for the Mississippi Eminent Scholars Grant, you must be studying in Mississippi at a two-year or four-year university or institution.
