If you are a Kentucky resident who is pursuing their first undergraduate degree, you may be eligible for the Kentucky College Access Program (CAP) Grant. In order to be eligible, a student must demonstrate financial need and submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Funding is limited for the Kentucky College Access Program (CAP) Grant and awards are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants who are enrolled in a sectarian institution are not eligible for the Kentucky College Access Program (CAP) Grant.
