Are you a high school senior in Maryland? If so, you may qualify for the Howard P. Rawlings Guaranteed Access Grant in Maryland. The grant is available to current high school seniors and full-time, degree-seeking undergraduates. You and your parents must be Maryland residents and you must enroll at a two-year or four-year Maryland college or university as a full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate student.
