If you are a high school student in Indiana, you may be eligible for the Frank O’Bannon Grant Program in Indiana. In order to qualify you must be an Indiana resident, a US citizen, and plan to attend an eligible college or university. The Frank O’Bannon Grant Program is designed to give Hoosier students the opportunity to attend post-secondary institutions.
