If you are a Connecticut resident attending an independent college or university within Connecticut on at least a half-time basis, you may be eligible for the Connecticut Independent College Student Grant. The Connecticut Independent College Student Grant is only available to residents of Connecticut who are studying in Connecticut. You must be enrolled or expecting to enroll full- or part-time at a two-year or four year institution or university in Connecticut.
