			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are a resident of Georgia who is maintaining a good military standing as an eligible member of the Georgia National Guard and you are enrolled either half-time or full-time in an undergraduate degree program at an eligible college, university or technical school within the state of Georgia, you may be eligible for a forgivable loan award.  The applicant or parent must have Air Force National Guard or Army National Guard experience, be retired from active duty, be disabled or killed as a result of military service, be a prisoner of war, or be missing in action to be eligible.  For more information on the Georgia National Guard Cancelable Loan Program, please visit the <a title="Georgia Student Finance Commission" href="http://www.gsfc.org" target="_blank">Georgia Student Finance Commission web site</a>.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are a resident of Indiana and you are a child of a disabled veteran or Purple Heart recipient you may be eligible for the Indiana Child of Disabled Veteran Grant or Purple Heart Recipient Grant.  You must submit form DD214 or service record to be eligible.  The Indiana Child of Disabled Veteran Grant or Purple Heart Recipient Grant requires that you be a resident of Indiana and also study in Indiana.  The applicant or parent must meet one or more of the following requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>General military experience</li>
<li>Retired from active duty</li>
<li>Disabled or killed as a result of military service</li>
<li>Prisoner of war</li>
<li>Missing in action</li>
</ul>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are a resident of Michigan and you are the natural or adopted child of a Michigan veteran, you may be eligible for the Michigan Children of Veterans Tuition Grant Program.  In order to be eligible for the Michigan Children of Veterans Tuition Grant Program, the parent veteran must have been a legal resident of Michigan immediately before entering military service and did not later reside outside of Michigan for more than two years.  A student may be eligible for the Michigan Children of Veterans Tuition Grant Program if the parent veteran established legal residency in Michigan after entering military service.  The parent must meet one or more of the following requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>General military experience</li>
<li>Retired from active duty</li>
<li>Disabled or killed as a result of military service</li>
<li>Prisoner of war</li>
<li>Missing in action</li>
</ul>
