If you are a resident of West Virginia, you may be eligible for the West Virginia Higher Education Grant Program. The West Virginia Higher Education Grant Program is available to high school students who are planning to enroll or expecting to enroll full-time at a four-year institution or university. Are you a graduating senior in Kanawha County, West Virginia? If so, you may be eligible for the Kanawha County, West Virginia Peer Leaders Scholarship. You must have a 2.5 minimum GPA, and plan on attending a 2-year or 4-year college. This scholarship is open to high school seniors who have demonstrated leadership among their peers. Those receiving the scholarship can receive up to $1500 / year for four years. Students must demonstrate a need for financial aid in order to be eligible for the scholarship.
