The Pennsylvania State Grant is available to Pennsylvania residents who meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must attend a PHEAA approved school
  • You must meet the criteria for financial need
  • You must be enrolled for at least 6 credits as an undergraduate
  • You must be enrolled in an approved area of study of at least 2 years in length
  • You must maintain satisfactory academic progress
  • You must not have earned a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

The overall goal of the Pennsylvania New Economy Technology Scholarship (NETS) is to educate and train a highly educated workforce that will help to grow the economy of Pennsylvania. Recipients of these scholarships must agree to work in Pennsylvania for one year after graduation for every year they receive the scholarship. The Pennsylvania New Economy Technology Scholarship (NETS) is not based upon financial need.   • Young Women’s Leadership School at E.W. Rhodes High School
  • John Bartram Main High School
  • Martin Luther King High School
  • Strawberry Mansion High School
  • Harrisburg High School (including SciTech High School, William Penn High School, ACTS and CTA)
