			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are a Pennsylvania resident, you may be eligible for the Pennsylvania State Grant.  The Pennsylvania State Grant is available to Pennsylvania residents who meet the following eligibility requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>You must attend a PHEAA approved school</li>
<li>You must meet the criteria for financial need</li>
<li>You must be enrolled for at least 6 credits as an undergraduate</li>
<li>You must be enrolled in an approved area of study of at least 2 years in length</li>
<li>You must maintain satisfactory academic progress</li>
<li>You must not have earned a bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are a resident of Pennsylvania and you are an undergraduate studying in an approved technology, health or science field, you may be eligible for the Pennsylvania New Economy Technology Scholarship.  The overall goal of the Pennsylvania New Economy Technology Scholarship (NETS) is to educate and train a highly educated workforce that will help to grow the economy of Pennsylvania.  Recipients of these scholarships must agree to work in Pennsylvania for one year after graduation for every year they receive the scholarship.  The Pennsylvania New Economy Technology Scholarship (NETS) is not based upon financial need. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Pennsylvania Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP) Scholarship is a federally-funded program that supports college readiness through intervention activities in middle school and high school and offers a scholarship for post-secondary education.  To be eligible, you must have graduated from high school from between 2008 and 2013 from one of the following high schools in the Philadelphia or Harrisburg School Districts:</p>
<ul>
<li>Young Women&#8217;s Leadership School at E.W. Rhodes High School</li>
<li>John Bartram Main High School</li>
<li>Martin Luther King High School</li>
<li>Strawberry Mansion High School</li>
<li>Harrisburg High School (including SciTech High School, William Penn High  School, ACTS and CTA)</li>
</ul>
