			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are attending a public college or university in New Mexico and have substantial financial need, you may be eligible for the New Mexico Student Incentive Grant.  The New Mexico Student Incentive Grant provides aid to students who are attending the following colleges and universities in New Mexico:</p>
<ul>
<li>College of Santa Fe</li>
<li>St. John&#8217;s College</li>
<li>College of the Southwest</li>
<li>Institute of American Indian Art</li>
<li>Crownpoint Institute of Technology</li>
<li>Dine College</li>
<li>Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute</li>
</ul>
<p>The award of the New Mexico Student Incentive Grant varies from $200 to $2,500 per year and you must be a U.S. citizen, a New Mexico resident, an undergraduate enrolled at least half time and demonstrate financial need to qualify.  For more information on the New Mexico Student Incentive Grant, please visit the <a href="http://hed.state.nm.us/" target="_blank">New Mexico Higher Education Department web site</a>.</p>
