			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Mississippi Kid&#8217;s Chance Scholarship is a scholarship fund established by the Mississippi Bar Association.  The Kid&#8217;s Chance Scholarship provides scholarships for children who have had a parent killed or permanently and totally disabled on the job.  To be eligible, you must be a resident of Mississippi between the ages of 17 and 23.  The scholarship is good for one year, but recipients may re-apply if they show significant academic progress.  In addition, applicants must show financial need.  For more information on the Mississippi Kid&#8217;s Chance Scholarship, please visit the <a href="http://www.msbar.org/" target="_blank">Mississippi Bar Association web site</a>.</p>
