If you are a student in Florida of Hispanic origin, you may be eligible for the Jose Marti Scholarship Challenge Grant Fund. The Jose Marti Scholarship Challenge Grant Fund is available for Florida public or eligible private institutions. Applicants for the Jose Marti Scholarship Challenge Grant Fund must apply during their senior year of high school. Graduate students may apply as well, but priority is given to high school seniors. The number of awards given by the Jose Marti Scholarship Challenge Grant fund depends on the amount of contributions from private sources and funds appropriated by the Florida legislature. The Jose Marti Scholarship Challenge Grant Fund is a need-based merit scholarship. For more information on the Jose Marti Scholarship Challenge Grant Fund and other grants and scholarships in Florida, please visit the Florida Student Scholarships and Grants Programs web site.
