If you are a California resident who is enrolled in an undergraduate program of not less than one academic year at a qualifying post-secondary institution, you may be eligible for the California Entitlement Cal Grant B Program. The Entitlement Cal Grant B Program requires that the student show financial need and that the student meet a minimum 2.0 GPA requirement. Applicants of the Entitlement Cal Grant B Program must be age 23 or under and must be enrolled or expecting enrollment full-time or part-time at a qualifying technical institution or university in California.
