Are you a single parent living in Arkansas? If so, you may be eligible for a scholarship or grant for college from the Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund or ASPSF. For over 20 years the ASPF has been helping single parents move from poverty to prosperity by providing scholarship and grant funds along with partners for single parents. If you are living in Arkansas and are considered economically impoverished then you may qualify if you have one or more children under the age of 18.
