The American Council of the Blind scholarship is a merit-based scholarship award available to undergraduate students who are legally blind in both eyes. To be eligible for the American Council of the Blind Scholarship, an applicant must submit a certificate of legal blindness and proof of acceptance at an accredited post-secondary institution. Applicants for the American Council of the Blind Scholarships must have a 3.5 GPA or higher and must be enrolled or expecting enrollment full or part time at a four year institution or university.
